It was yet another terrible loss!! I am unlucky, I dint watch Sachin's awesome innings, and got this update on phone from Rogers who saw the match live!! What an honour, I seriously envy him. You go to watch an Indian match live and your super hero hits 150+ who will ever be so lucky!!
Ever since people started speaking that Sachin was not a match winner I used to jump about and fight telling he has done his duty by hitting so many runs where did your other hero's vanish when Sachin was putting so much effort. And that is a true fact, how many of us can really forget seeing Sachin crying so many times and breaking down so many times. He is simply a genius, but I feel he is totally misplaced. Hardly have people stood beside him and given the support that ought to be given by a team.
When a single player puts in so much effort and scores nearly half of the target, how the hell can he be blamed for not playing a match winning innings?? No way he is a reason for India losing. Where did the so called awesome batting of the prided No.1 Batsman Dhoni go??
Indian team is not worth Sachin...
Sorry Rogers I took the pleasure of starting this first, but please do update your experience :)

sachin feels proud to play for india . its not the lack of team effort of india but the midset. as soon as sachin got out the indians panicked. as dhoni rightly pointed out india hadlost a mental battle.
the aussies were excellent in the field.-this is a known fact. But tv is not a good place to judge it. i tell you guys their fielding is lightning quick esp ricky's and i guess that made the difference that day. we should feel embarassed that we couldnt beat an aussie side depleted of lee, michael clark ,nathan bracken callum ferguson etc.
so it is wrong to say that sachin is in the wrong place.he is and will be he god for not only indians but also fans from other countries.
It is indeed a pleasure to witness such a magnificent war live on court. And that too with the maestro doing what he is best at with Finesse.
ReplyDeleteInfact Sachin is in the right side of the world but with the wrong side of the champions. I do see great potential in each of those Indians on field that day. I am pretty sure that Indian team has raised its bar a thousand grades higher.
If it was the Indian team in 1990's u cud ve witnessed a 11 member brawl crumble like wooden dust.
U cant judge them with one match.. infact sachin is a maestro.. :) But there are matches with gang scored 183.. dhoni scored 183.. kapil dev scored 175.. and sachin performed poorly.. Cricket is a game of luck.. no one can predict anything.. so we cant decide anythin with one particular match.. :) :)
