India has moved to the front from, being a third world country.yet certain unsavoury incidents give me the impression that our country would have become the greatest nation if not for such people. Here are some
1) i had gone to the state bank to open an account for me.the first time i went they said nno forms were available which was a blatant lie.so after a week i went to open an account, thank my stars they gave me the account form.i finished all the formalities and gave my form to the person who was incharge of opening the accounts. but that guy was chatting on his cell. This went on and on and he was just ignoring the other elderly persons who were standing in the queue. Well then came a man known to him and he attended to his request immediately, ignoring the other senior citizens standing there. I could not help getting angry by this as my account opening wasw also being delayed. After five hours at the bank and after telling a lot of lies that i had come from very far off blah blah my account was opened.
2) let me cut this short . For giving broadband bsnl connection i had to pick up the person from the telephone exchange. and after i had enquired about his availability and when i went there they made me to wait for half an hour and said he was engaged in someother work. I just gave them a dressing down for their poor information. Net result i got my broadband connection two days later than the scheduled time.
These guys dont deserve their salary either. They are getting paid for lazing around. Is this how we expect democratic India to be?

Banks are really worse :( I am just an observer of such happenings[with my parents having people to help everywhere ;)], so I am unable to share any of them, but this condition is the same through out the country :(

Govt. employees should work for being paid rather than rest or chat or do silly work for the honour being a Govt. employee...
hoof.. thats a lot of crap to go thru..
ReplyDeleteYes maan. this happens at every forum in india.. let it be a theatre, a public service, voting booths, RTO offices, why so much even at the most admired of offices like the embassies..
everywere there are favorables, partiality and above all inhumane nature.. This biased intentions and "My Kingdom My Rule" attitude is deep-rooted in our culture
hey guys.. how could u forget our coll account section?? one of the most horrible places!! anytime u go, u'll get serviced asap! am not joking yaar.. u'll get free advice on all solutions.. there'll be talks on all such matters.. but am sure u would require more than an hour to listen to them with patience.. and the best time to go there would be when they are having tea nd snacks!! u'll be serviced in jus a minute u know?!!!
ReplyDeletecha.. they never think of students who stand there since mrng bunking all classes.. worst s parents too r treated the same way.. cant there be another counter?? nd don they know ppl ll be free during lunch hr or eve hrs to pay the fees?? it'll be the same breaktime for them too.. can NEVER be adjusted.. jus see a cup of tea, work s postponed indefinitely i shud say..
nd to say abt their punctuality, toooo superb and sincere!! counter opens at 8 (NEVER!) but closes exactly at 4.15pm.. in the meantime, u'll have to travel again in the looooong queue if u made just a small mistake.. hope we could find some changes in future atleast..

ReplyDeleteDont think i am also advicing.. but there are different ways in approaching and getting help done from different ppl..
think from this point of view.. as it is they do a dog's job and loaded with crap.. when we go its additional work for them.. so if we thaaja them and make them feel so high and important when we go to them........ its much easier :)
wats the work of the lady in the account section??? fees collect panitu receipt tharadhu thane??? it s for tat job she s getting paid.. its not any additional burden.. no one wud say anythin if she shows some consideration to those in the queue.. atleast quick ah panra madhiri oru act??!! adhukudava mudila??
